Three meetings.

A small firm cannot afford to hire wrong. We take the time to be sure — and we expect you to do the same.

Step 01

A CV and a cover letter, in your own words. We read both. We respond within five business days regardless of outcome.

Interview

Step 02

An hour with the hiring manager and one of the firm's principals. We will discuss the work, your interest in financial services, and your professional aspirations.

Offer

Step 03

References, then a written offer including salary, study support, and professional development plan. Decisions within ten business days of the second meeting.
